I know this sounds really strange. I’m just dying to find someone who has experienced what I experience and to maybe provide any insight. At random, I will start feeling very weird. Everything around me will feel weird/look weird/sound weird and it’s as if I’m not where I’m supposed to be. Like I’m somewhere else. I know where I am and what I’m doing, I just feel like I’m fake or something. It’s hard to explain. I’ll also start feeling nauseous and my urethra will tingle and feel very warm. I’m not peeing. I know it sounds so strange 😞 I want to ask a doctor about it but I struggle to even explain it. I have made multiple posts about it but no one has been able to relate. Please comment if you have experienced something similar.

I just wanted to say that I have looked into derealization but my episodes only last like 30 seconds so that makes me doubt that’s what it is. Thank you for suggesting that. It just makes me feel so sick afterwards. I hate the feeling and knowing what’s happening and all I can do is wait for it to end. Thank goodness it doesn’t last all that long. But the sick/tired feeling lasts for a while afterwards.
