Transverse/transverse di/di

So I may come across completely stupid for asking this, but I’m just not finding a simple answer on google. Does anyone know how likely it is to have twins vaginally if they have both been transverse (bunk bed position) from day one? I’m 27 weeks. I tried googling it, but the part I’m having a hard time wrapping my brain around is if the placentas are anchored where they are making the babies transverse then how could they turn head down? I may be over thinking this lol, but seriously....
