So I had my little girl 25th April via c-section.. went prefect no worries and was up walking around like normal day 3! But then 2 months ago I was putting my 1 1/2year old son in the car and some how twisted my back or had a trap nerve was in SO much pain for days couldn’t walk get up or bend! Even breathing hurt like hell!.. the pain went away but I just have such a bad achy back all the time and I’ve recently hurt my back again 😢 going to call Doctors Monday but I’m just fed up is it going to be like this forever now? Is it because of the spinal block injection? The pain also goes down my bum check into my legs?! 😩
