Watching something or having the tv playing helped me a lot. Also doing yoga or meditation before bed try really relaxing.
How to sleep with anxiety?
Sometimes I really struggle to fall asleep because I get really anxious at night. This is a big problem as I have to be up at 5/6am most days for work. I didn’t even get to sleep until like 5 last night and ended up taking the day off (obviously) because I had 0 sleep. Does anybody have any tips? I feel so drained and exhausted 😢
