Healthy weight or nah?
So I’m an 18 year old female, I am about 5,5 and I weight 120lbs.
Is that a healthy weight?
And also I feel so fat, I’ve recently lost some weight and I’m happy. I’ve been eating healthy tho and exercising so don’t worry!
But my legs and stomach is affected the worst.
With being 120lbs at 18 is that healthy?
