Teething?

My son just turned 3 months on Thursday and hes been really fussy, drooling and sucking on anything that comes in contact with his mouth. I noticed this bump on the roof of his mouth, is this teething or something else? TIA

My daughter started teething at the age but didn’t cut her first tooth until 6 months. But the first two teeth usually come in on the bottom not the top.

My son is 2 months 3 weeks today and he started teething symptoms about 3 weeks ago.. I even took him tot he doc because he has a little temp and he said he was definitely having teething symptoms but probably wouldn’t get the teeth until 5 months or so just have the symptoms longer .. poor little guy

It’s definitely teething. My daughter was born with a few pearls and when she was three months she had inflamed gums like that with a little whiter gum where teeth popped through.
