Need Suggestions

My SO is having trouble ejaculating. He’s taking leterozole for low sperm count we finally got his testosterone normal and his counts back up but now he can’t ejaculate. We talked to his Urologist about it on Friday and he said there’s nothing he can do. He also had trouble getting and keeping an errection. I’m out of ideas he can go 5 days without sex and still can’t get a boner and on the off chance he get a boner he can’t ejaculate. We literally just had sex for 45 minuet and he never came in me it’s frustrating for me because we are TTC and I’m ovulating we tried having sex yesterday to with no luck. I’m out of ideas and I’m getting very frustrated! Any thoughts on what to do? Anyone els had this problem when taking leterozole?
