Does anyone know any good tips on losing weight fast? I’ve been counting my calories and working out daily. I ended up gaining 3 pounds. I’m getting really frustrated and uncomfortable and I don’t know what to do anymore.

Water & exercise . Went from 192 biggest weight to 131 current weight . 👍🏽

I lived off water too. It was the only drink I had for a good 8 months . I didn’t really eat healthy thou, just didn’t eat as much .

I also did push ups & sit ups but I mostly ran. I just started doing weights about 2 months ago as well.

I ran ALOT . 2 miles atleast . And I worked out 3-5 times a week .

If you want to lose day on your stomach put an ice pack on there for 30 minutes and it will kill the fat cells

I’ve been walking about 4-5 miles daily, jogging (15min) after doing my routine then repeat. It includes mostly cardio. 30 minutes of cardio then the jog. I follow the cardio workouts from Pinterest to be honest

no matter what you read or what other people may tell you, the key to losing weight effectively is to burn more calories than what you eat. you need to exercise a lot. do cardio and HIIT (if you don’t know what this is, look it up. they have tons of exercises online). you need to eat natural things like fruits, vegetables, grains, meats, etc. you need to eat a high protein breakfast, which seriously the most important meal of the day. i usually made myself smoothies for breakfast that had fruits, greens (like spinach), greek yogurt, water or almond milk, flax seed, etc.
