I’ve been having some shooting pains and crampy like sensation that come and go lately and I don’t know if that’s what BH is what it feels like.

Next time you start cramping and having pain, lie down and put your fight up. And drink a lot of water. If you are still cramping hours later, then it could be more than that

I think I felt one last night for the first time. It has no pain and it just felt like tightness in the front like if I flexed my stomach but I was just standing there.

Mine my stomach gets really hard. Feels like I’m flexing my belly but I’m not. Takes my breath away and I have discomfort but not really pain. But normally have to sit down til it’s over and can’t talk.
