I went to the ER yesterday they did a vaginal and abdominal ultrasound. They vaginal one there was a small sac but nothing in it. I’m also 5 w 5 days pregnant. Monday i had an ultrasound at the ER and didn’t see anything. This visit the dr was very quick to send me home. He said i could be miscarrying but he doesn’t know and to follow up with my ob Monday. I’m just confused because there was literally nothing money and yesterday (Friday) there was a small sac. I guess my question is even with him saying i could miscarry should i prepare for the worse or could we come out of this positively?
