Home alone & decided to make something. I’m a big chicken person, I’ll take it over hamburger meat any day!

I usually bake chicken or sauté it in a pan! Usually with make with potatoes & green beans/broccoli/or a salad 🤷🏼‍♀️ you can do so much with chicken & potatoes so I dig it!

Anyways, I wanted something different tonight.. sometimes I use recipes, sometimes I just throw crap together & pray it comes out good!

Tonight was a “throw crap together” kinda night & it turned out pretty damn good if I do say so myself 🤷🏼‍♀️🤤
