Sharp pains lower left side?

Anyone else experience this?! I keep getting sharp twisting like pains on my lower left side, they have been every few minutes- then stops for a while then starts again. Anyone know what this is?! Just about 35 weeks

Sounds like round ligament pain (stretching) and if it is they are normal. I’ve been getting them off and on and they hurt really badly! If your uterus is still soft then it’s not a contraction but if your uterus tightens it could be. I’ve been having all kinds of weird pains and I pretty much give up on trying to figure them out! 😫

I would get them in my right side around 32 weeks, I asked my OB and she said it was stretching pain. As long as you don’t see blood gushing from you, you should be fine. But if it’s completely unbearable I’d go to the ER just to make sure it’s nothing serious. Did you do any heavy lifting or fast movements that could’ve cause it?
