Me and my friend Scarlet were in a car crash October 8th of this past year. It was really rought for the both of us but it ruined a lot of her future plans and her entire senior year.

She had a broken bone in her heel amd she had to have surgery to set it so that it could heal properly.

I was always told throughout my healing that my pain wasnt real because I didn't break anything. I had plastic shards and glass that was shot into my face and a minor concussion. it was really hard for me to constantly hear from people I love that my pain wasn't real.

We were driving down the road, heading North, and there was a person in the other lane heading South. They were going a good 30 miles over the speed limit and had swerved into our lane, hitting us head on.

Our cakr flippeed twice and we landed sideways in a ditch next to the road.

A lot of things, including the car, were ruined from the crash. one of them being Scarlets sweater. I had no ifea but apparently she had asked her grandma to make something out of the sweater for me and her and she gave it to me today at her grad party and it was just so thoughtful and sweet I started crying.

Her family has been nothing but good to me and I'm so glad that I still have her in my life.

Her Grandma had made me a bear out of the sweater that was in the crash and it really means a lot to me.
