TMI help!

So super weird. I had my period at the very end of June/ beginning of July. I’ve been having cramps, I missed my birth control pill and am off schedule due to switching birth controls 2 packs ago. My stomach has been hurting so has my vag, I just used the rest room and this was on the toilet paper. Weird color. Should I be concerned or no? eve also asked me if I started my period so maybe I’m about to idk. Help a girl out please
