Lactating?

I’m 14 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I’m lactating? 
Both my nipples are leaking a watery substance. I’m kinda worried like is this even normal?

I’m 22 weeks tomorrow and I’ve had the same thing since 18-19 weeks. It’s more annoying than anything.

Totally normal hun. Always starts off as clear liquid then once your more pregnant it becomes like a creamy yellow colour. But your milk won’t come in properly till you had the baby. 😊
