Condom slip up...

I was having sex,, my boyfriend was wearing a condom, he came, but when he pulled out he didn't hold the condom. it was inside of me but the cum was on my leg and the base of the condom was out of me. is there any way sperm could have gotten in me? I can not afford pregnancy right now.
