10lbs difference.

I guess since I've been on birth control for about a month and I noticed I have lost about 10lbs being on it. I'm supposed to be on birth control (the pill) for about 3 months to give my body a break from my last miscarriage but anyway I am trying to lose a little bit of weight. My goal weight is is 164lbs, my 2nd goal weight is 155lbs, and then my final goal weight is 140lbs. I'm at 185lbs. I started working out last night and now today I start lifting weights. I'm eating healthy too. Trying to consume my water intake. The first picture is me around 198lbs and the second is me at 185lbs.
