My girls are here! I developed pre-e after delivering :(
My beautiful girls Nora Rose and Jude Constance were born on the 16th! I was sent home Thursday a few days after my Csection and the next day I went back to the hospital and was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia. It's so incredibly hard being away from my babies but I am thankful it was caught before it got worse💔 twins are soo special💓
