19 weeks. Advice?

Okay, 19 weeks here and I’ve gotten this sudden tiredness and unbearable headaches. The headaches last for days and I don’t know what to do anymore. I have an appointment coming up to meet with my doctor but any advice on what I can do in the meantime to ease my pains? Thank you!

I started taking Magnesium along with my other vitamins and that had helped my headaches disappear. I can tell they are working, especially on days when I forget to take it in the morning, I'll have a headache in the afternoon...

I’ve had this for weeks, felt like dehydration headaches but o was drinking like 4ltrs a day, it is soooo hot here atm, I started taking some iron tablets and feel a lot better they’re only once or twice a week now, and I’m keep well on top of my water intake.

The headaches are so painful they’re borderline migraines. Caffeine and Tylenol usually help my headaches

Yeah I’ve had the headaches for weeks Hun. (But it’s also the heat wave here too doesn’t help.) I have found a cool pack on back of neck and a nap really relieves. Make sure your drinking plenty of water. Lots of fluids and a nap are a start. Hope they ease off too x
