Please help me cause I am not understanding!

I have been testing since CD10... it’s now CD21. I have been having cramps all day which I’m assuming is ovulation cramps the 2nd to last test was around 10 am this morning and the very last test was at 3 PM today.. I double checked with clear blue and there’s no smiley... what does this even mean?

*I have never gotten a smiley with clear blue digital at all this cycle
