Sleep training programs?!

Hi! 
Any sleep training programs you mamas have tried with success? How long did it take to work? Looking for something without CIO please and thank you!!

I used sleep sense and it was awesome. Did it at 5 months and out little guy has been sleeping in his crib ever since. He's almost 7 months now. 
Within a few days his 25-40 minute naps turned to 45- 1 1\2 hour naps. 
Only in the past week has he slept 7+ hours without waking to nurse, but I chose not to night wean - personal choice for us. I just wanted to wait for him to grow out of feeds himself because I knew he could have been in the middle of a growth spurt. I also did leave and check, but you can follow her chair by the crib method if you want. Our son just got more upset with me in the room TBH. She encourages picking up baby to soothe if you wish. The program is highly customizable. 
Stronly suggest it to others.

The sleep sense program all the way! My son was a horrible horrible sleeper and I did so much research and tried a couple different programs and this one was seriously amazing it’s so hands-on and informative and supportive it’s not only a book but you can also do videos that you watch every day they give you more information and help you stay on track and let you know what to do if things arise. You are the options to talk to an actual sleep consultant through the program! Seriously a life saver!

Taking Cara Babies has a blog with sleeping tips and she even offers a class. It’s a 14 night sleep program. We are on day 2. Her blog has been really helpful as well.

I didn’t follow any programs but I did a bunch of reading and was recommended a blog by another lady on here called mom far from home or something like that. She has a bunch of sleep tips that really helped me. 
It took us a week and our daughter was putting herself to sleep on her own. She still wasn’t sleeping through the night, and that’s okay. But at least now she knows how to put herself to sleep.
