Induction in the morning.. what did you all do the night before?

Did you guys take Unisom or anything to help you sleep the night before? I know I won’t be able to sleep on my own. Too nervous. 😅😆

I'm getting induced tomorrow morning too,I just took a nap. I know I won't sleep lol

I would say take unisom if you’ve taken it before. I was induced with my first at 8pm and NEVER slept and had the longest day of pushing and then an emergency csection. I say get the rest of you can, since you don’t know what the day will bring!

When I was induced two weeks ago, they admitted me the night before. They offered Ambien to help sleep but I turned it down. I haven't ever had it before and didn't know if it'd make me feel groggy. I didn't sleep much at all knowing we'd meet our first baby the next day! I say do or take whatever you think would help. Or try to nap sometime after your induction starts. I also recommend getting a decent supper tonight!
