Breastfeeding/ Pumping question
When can I begin pumping? I have been exclusively breastfeeding my 3 week old and haven’t had any problems with latch or milk supply. I wanted to start pumping back up “just in case” milk to freeze. When is it okay to start doing so? My pump says that breastfeeding should be “well established” but I feel like that’s super ambiguous. Thanks in advance
