I’ve been doing self-pleasure for about 10 months now and I only rub and use my hands but I’ve been seeing people say you should wash your hands before and clean yourself after. I don’t do these two things due to the fact I’m in a wheelchair and it’s hard for me to get in and out of bed, my main questions are;

• What are the risks of not cleaning my hands before and cleaning myself after?

• Is there anyway that will work for me to not get out of bed incase I harm myself while doing so? (I can only think of wet wipes but I’m not sure if they will be good enough)
