Super weird-feeling baby movement

I feel like baby is always repositioning. Sometimes the kicking and movement is visible and at the surface as if her back is to mine, and sometimes it feels like her back is facing out and the kicks are more internal. The weirdest feeling is all day today...where I swear it feels like she’s standing upright in there. I’m feeling these movements that almost feel ticklish to me, and also kind of like a reverse Pap smear like somebody is on the inside of my cervix. It’s so so odd. Anyone else feel like baby repositioning changes the feel of the movement?
