My estrogen was 5142 pmol/l (1400pg/ml) on stim day 5. the nurse said it's really high and I was started on cetrotide a day earlier than planned. anyone else had high estrogen mid cycle? is it high enough I need to worry about a cancelled cycle? I had 17 follicles ranging from 5mm to 11mm. I will go back on stim day 8 for my next ultrasound and bloodwork .............. ... Update: I ended up stimming for 8 days, trigger on day 9. My estrogen was 20500pmol/L on trigger day so I triggered with LH. we got 17 eggs but some are likely immature. I don't have OHSS so I am allowed to do a fresh transfer!
