Should I start the process for this

I get into hair ruts a lot and always wanna change it up within a year or two. I can only have natural hair colors at my job, but am tired of blonde and brown/black so I'm thinking this pumpkin spice red color? Do you think I could pull it off? My hair dresser said the only thing she's worried about is it fading fast, which yeah I understand, but I'm curious. The first photo is my hair now and the second is what I'm going for. I gave a selfie included just for reference of my facial features etc
