I take nature made prenatals. They are important even when TTC. I chose the one with the highest folic acid as i was taking meds known to cause birth defects and my doctor told me that’s what I needed

I hate taking pills and do not want to take more than I have to, so I had used the Vitafusion Prenatal Gummies with my previous pregnancy with a perfectly healthy little girl and am continuing use now ttc #2. They do not contain iron though, but I eat a lot of iron high foods so it depends on your lifestyle choices.

I take nature's bounty prenatal softgels with folate and DHA. I read that folate is an easier to absorb form of folic acid, which i have trouble doing, and so far they've worked for me. i started taking them the day after i decided to concieve, back in April. They're almost always buy one get one free, and if they aren't, you can find Bogo coupons online ready peasy. has pretty much 100% of everything you need except for calcium and vitamin d, which I get a cough of through my diet already. also they dont have that awful fishy smell that most multivitamins have.
 there's 60 pills in a bottle, and they aren't horrifyingly huge (they are a disconcerting sludge green tho lol). plus, unlike gummies, you only have to take one a day!
