Stopping the pill

So I had been taking the pill for the past two months and I stopped taking it on Friday (2 days ago). I started getting brown discharge when I was wiping on Saturday and Sunday morning and by Sunday night I have been getting red/pink discharge. And today I am now passing clots and it’s more distinctive red blood . My usual period wasn’t meant to be due until Friday. Is it safe to say because I’ve stopped the pill this is now me getting my period?
