I left my husband who is an active drug addict

My 8 month old baby girl and I finally made the move and left my husband who has been addicted to OxyContin for over 2 years. I have tried everything and nothing I did or said seemed to work. He went to rehab and relapsed a week later and continued to lie and use while in our home. I pray that this will be the change that he needs to finally get clean. Please say a prayer for him and our family because we need all the prayers we can to beat this. He is a good person who just got hooked on something that has taken his life from him.
