My sister has this friend (well, she actually just deleted her, so ex-friend) on Facebook who constantly posts pictures of her daughter (she’s around 9-11 months old) in her car seat, but every time she uploads a picture her daughter isn’t fastened in her car seat properly. The chest clip is either directly under her chin or way down by wear the shoulder straps buckle, it’s never placed where it should be. My sister, a mother of 4 children, a CNA & someone who took a car seat safety class, sent her a private message voicing her concerns about the chest clip. The woman got a group of her friends to message my sister back telling her she was just a judgmental bitch, telling her she had no right to tell her how to put her child in a car seat etc..

I agree with my sister. If I see a child not fastener correctly I will speak up. But would you?
