I threw up!

Has anyone experienced extreme nausea a couple hours after they inserted the NuvaRing??? I did, and I had to take it out. I was wondering did the nausea go away or what did you do? I have a trip to Europe coming up and I really don’t want to be on my freakin period there ugh. Advice needed.
