Help?

So I have a feeling of a lump or something in the back of my throat. And it’s been bothering me these past few days. And sometimes it’s accompanied with upper chest pain (like it’s either right below my sternum or right on it). I’m not sure what to do. It’s been happening for a few weeks if not a month or 2 now. I’m still able to breathe. I just didn’t know if it was anything serious. And as far as I know I’m not pregnant. Thanks!
