Keto diet!

Ladies I had a baby last year in December through c section i was at my heaviest at 150lbs I’m 5’0 and weighed 115 before pregnancy so now 7 months later I’ve plateaued at 129. I’m wanting to go on the keto diet but don’t know where to start what to eat, what kind of exercises to do absolutely no idea on any of it. I’m wondering if anyone who has done it and knows anything about it can help me out? I would like to start as soon as possible.

Sorry I just want to add I don’t drink soda and don’t eat sweets I’ve never been a fan.
