Bumps in/around vaginal entrance ?

So recently when I was having sex I started to notice it hurt a tiny bit, then after a few days a week the pain during inter course got worst. I started to examine down there and noticed some really tiny tiny bumps . They don’t hurt at all if it’s not touched but it its touched it hurts so much and I feel it literally shooting pains all the way down my leg and to my toes. It’s been about a month now and it still hurts if touched unbearably . The bumps are around the vaginal entrance and I think inside the actual vagina while, nothing else on my vagina besides directing on or in the entrance. He says he knows he’s clean and gets tested but idk., I was sit tested negative and hiv/aids tested negative but I know they don’t test for like Herpes or hpv so idk if it is an std or something else idk but I want to be able to Enjoy sex again does any know what the issue could be or what it sounds like ? The bumps are very small you could miss them if you didn’t really look, they tend to be in a straight line together, not it a cluster circle, but a straight line. They kinda have a white/ clear I think but there not fluid filled pretty sure
