Daith piercing for migraines?

Thinking of doing it. Have suffered for 10 years with migraines. I have chronic migraines. Have any of you done it for migraines? Has it helped? How painful is the piercing? I heard for some it doesn’t hurt at all, and for others it hurts a lot. I think it depends, so what were your personal experiences?

Yesssss girl get it! I got mine because of my migraine condition that no doctors could help. I literally went into the shop with a migraine and as soon as he stuck the needle through it was gone! I still get headaches every now and then, but no more migraines. 🙌🏼
I had an amazing piercer so my experience was phenomenal, the pain was moderate. Not too bad but you definitely will feel it lol 
It took mine around a whole year to fully heal and it’s been amazing. I’m hoping to get my earring changed for the first time this weekend! 
Definitely do it, and tell the it’s for migraines. They can’t tell you it’ll help, they can only promise a pretty piercing, but I feel like since I told him it was for my migraines he got it as far back as he could, because that’s where the nerve bundle is. Good luck, let us know if it works! 😭

I've had mine done for 2yrs. It's helped soo much, I used to get debilitating migraines daily and now I get 1/2 a week but my meds take it away now. I drive 40mins away to get it done as they specialise in daiths for migraine. she did the first  (she had to get her boss, she thought she'd done it wrong because I wasn't crying and she said I was the 1st not to lol) i didn't feel anything till she put the heart in but it wasn't pain it was more pressure where she pushed turned it. they healed really quickly and I never had any pain with them. I waited 6mths before I changed the heart and then another 6 before I changed back, the hearts helped more than a ring.
