Not supposed to lift anything heavy, but I have a toddler! 🤔

I'm 2 weeks postpartum with a 22 lb toddler. I've had help to take care of my toddler because I cannot lift him in and out of the crib or to put him on the changing pad. When am I allowed to be able to lift him again? How were you able to do anything with a kid you're not supposed to lift? I'm not gonna have help with him forever.
