Worst thing you have said to SO during an argument?

Whats the worst thing you have said to your SO during an argument or what's the worst thing he has said to you?

Yea my so and I really fight. I’m very passionate and he’s stubborn so when we get going we lose our voices sometimes and it’s awful because we love each other so much.

The absolute worst thing my partner and I have ever said to each other happened during the same (non) fight. I was major hormonal (PMDD) and upset that he wasn’t going to come visit me while I was at work. He had tried to make things right and make plans and apologise but I wouldn’t listen because I was being a bitch (stupid birth control). 
I said ‘Don’t even worry about it. I don’t want you to come anymore. Just enjoy your day at home.’ 
He said ‘Okay. Call me when you stop stewing.’
We’ve been together for nearly 2 years, friends for a year before that, and this is the worst thing either of us have ever said to each other.

My ex said a lot of awful things to me. Pretty much anything you could think of. But the one that stung the most was, “I’m sorry I ever had kids with you”. I took a lot of insults like a champ throughout our 6 yrs together but when I finally kicked him out I was so fed up and hurt by everything he said to me that I just blurted out that he sucks in bed. So that was the worst I’d said.  😔

We never really fight, like ever. Sometimes one of us will get a little annoyed and like scoot away for a bit but then we get over it. We have tickle/pinch wars sometimes and he doesn’t mean to be as rough as he is so i just tell him to stop touching me and give him an angry face and he stops and apologizes and I get all the kisses.

We don’t really fight. We might sort of raise our voices and say things like ‘are you serious right now!?!’ But that’s it. However, there was a time when we weren’t together (he broke up with me when I moved for school) and I was hurting. I was desperate to move on and out of desperation and anger I told him I wish I’d never met him and that if I could go back I’d never have dated him. I still feel bad for saying that because it wasn’t really true and it really hurt him. But that fight was the turning point in our break up and we got back together a couple months later and that’s all in the past.

My ex husband said a lot of horrible hateful things over the 10 years we were together. I don’t fight that way

"Are you fucking kidding me?"
"You were upset so I was letting you  calm the fuck down."
Literally that's it. That's the worst exchange we've ever had. As soon as we both raised our voices and swore at each other, we knew we needed to take a step back and talk things through like adults.
Coming from a history of bad fights and emotional/verbal abuse from my parents and my ex, it's such a breath of fresh air that we're able to handle conflict so well.
