Yeast infection or something else?

So this may be too much info but I need a little help here! About 3 weeks ago I assumed I had a yeast infection due to itching down there because that’d normally the only side effect I get to know I have one. My doctor prescribed the yeast infection pill and I felt no relief so a week later I then used a one day Mobistar cream and began to feel some relief but almost two weeks later and still no relief. I have no weird discharge, just an uncomfortable itch. So I’m beginning to freak wondering what this could be!? Going to make an appt with my doctor but still! Any suggestions would be great.
