Period question.

Recently I messed up my birth control medicine by not taking it then restarting it so I was late on my period I took two pregnancy test one right after I missed my period and one about a week later I started bleeding yesterday evening and woke up this morning not bleeding should I be worried? Or is my body re-adjusting?
