I’m 5w2d and I experience cramps, horrible, nearly debilitating cramps a couple times daily. I don’t have my first appt with the OB for another 2.5 weeks. Can someone reassure me that this is normal? This is my first pregnancy and I’m not used to cramps because I took bc continuously for 5+ years to manage endometriosis... but everywhere I read says mild cramping is normal. But I would not consider this mild cramping - it is terrible. No bleeding, no spotting, or any other concerning symptoms.
