Normal?! help!

So I'm almost 20 weeks pregnant, last night while getting out of bed to go pee I had a very tight cramp like on my right side of my abdomen that I could feel all the way down to my lower back, (almost like a Charlie horse feeling) and then after 5 minutes or so it went away but I got it again at like 5 am the same exact thing....anyone know if this is normal or should I call my dr?!....

Same thing happened to me the other day, i got up from the couch and it felt like I pulled a muscle on the right side of my uterus. Almost fell over from the pain. It went away after a minute or so. I have no idea what it was. My doctor just keeps telling me that the uterus can stretch off the wall sometimes until baby is heavy enough to hold it down.

When I was 19 wks I had a similar situation.. I went to have a bowel movement & had this awful cramp in my pelvis that lasted well over an hour. Called my doctor and she asked was I constipated, but i wasn’t, then she sent me to labor & delivery.. My baby was fine, cervix was closed, 🤷🏽‍♀️  the nurses told I needed more water & to eat, no real explanation for the pain. It was almost noon and I had nothing to eat or drink. I would still notify my doctor, I’m a first time mom so I notify her for everything.

Normal?! help!
