Yellow discharge and sharp pains in left side

Just getting a little bit worried as I have been having a bit of creamy yellow discharge and have also noticed sharp pains on my left side. They are where I’m assuming my uterus will be situated atm as I’m only about 7 and a half weeks, kind of inside my pelvis if that makes sense. I’m worrying a lot and just want to put my mind at ease that it isn’t ectopic or something. I haven’t had any bleeding just this strange yellow discharge. If anyone has any ideas I’d appreciate the feed back because I’m going a bit crazy now.
