manual or electric breast pump?

Hi mums! second baby due in September & I want to try/thinking about breast feeding. however I'd like to express as much as I can for my other half to be able to feed too. Which would you recommend? TIA ☺

I got a spectra s1 I believe(the rechargeable one). It was through my insurance. It’s hospital grade and a lot of people who exclusively pump use spectra or lansinoh (which is more portable is you want an electric pump over a manual). I hate being tied down to one spot so I also purchased a manual pump since with my first hand expressing took way less time than pumping with an electric. I recommend checking out mama Alia on YouTube, she has lots of breast pump reviews and I think it’d be easier to pick for your lifestyle from her reviews :)

If you'll be using it with any consistency go for electric! If you live in the states most insurance companies will provide you with one free or at little cost
