I hit Pill by mistake.  Meant to hit IUD. I've tried them all, and aside from the pain of insertion it is my favorite.

the IUD is the most effective form of birth control but can lead to health problems and has some concerns/risks. the pill is literally 99% effective if you take it correctly, which isn’t hard to do

My body has rejected every birth control i have tried but if I had to choose between all evils lol I’d say IUD, it’s something inserted (it didn’t hurt to get put in)  and lasts up to 5 years, I had mine for about a month but like i said, my body rejected it

‘Best’ is very subjective. A quick google will tell you which one is most effective, both with perfect use and with typical use. But then you have to take into account side effects and drug interactions and your body’s reactions and what you are willing to do to protect yourself.

My doctor says the arm implant (Nexplanon or Implanon) is the most effective. She said she has seen pregnancies on the IUD, but hasn't once seen one with the implant and she's been practicing for a very long time. She said the implant is as effective as getting your tubes tied. The IUD is also very effective, but there's still a small chance as it can move out of place.
