Not enough supply milk?!!

Hey girls
I have my baby 3 weeks old and i feed him with formula because i don’t have enough milk... what to do to have more supply !? Help please

Sa me shum leje ne te thith, aq me shum te thith aq me shum trupi yt do te mundohet me prodhu qumsht. Dhe gjithmon leje niher ne te thith e nese me pas esht ende unt qe po te kan teper, atehere mundesh me i dhan kapak formul. Poashtu tkisha propozu qe kur te flen djali me perdor pumpen, ani pse ste del gje, leje ka 15 min ne cdo ane, te mendoje trupi qe femija po thith dhe po ka nevoje per me teper. E per formulen qe po i jep, mundohu cdo dy dit ma pak me i dhan, perndryshe vetem cka shtohet nevoja per formul e te pakesohet gjiri se femija duke u ngop me formul (se ajo treter me ngadalle) do te thith me pak e trupi do ta pakeson prodhimin. Per tjeter pi se me shum uje.. e leji gjitha gjerat e shpijes e fokusoju ne gjidhenje edhe nqofshe te thith me or, nuk do ti bish pishman. Fillimi keshtu e ka, bebat pin pak mirpo shum koh ju vyn me thith (gjys ore e teper), tu u rrit ju mjafton ndoshta 10 min e me pak.

Put baby on the breast more and pump after feeds. Drink tons of water.

How do you know you aren’t making enough?
Go to a Leche League meeting. They’re free. Google kellymom and read the information there about milk supply. Stay hydrated and latch the baby as much as possible. It’s supply and demand. The less you remove the less you’ll make.
