So I failed my one hour glucose test last week. Blood sugar was 159 (they want less than 130). I go for my 3 hr test tomorrow. I’m honestly terrified of being diagnosed with this. My urine sample from last week also showed +3 glucose. I have a gut feeling I do have gestational diabetes and I’ve been super nervous about this pregnancy to begin with and feel like this is gonna make everything so much worse :(. I just want my little guy here and healthy!
