I am on Tri Lo Marzia and have been for almost 2 months. Before getting on this pill, my acne was fine. I would only get a couple

pimples around the time that my period would come and they would be on my cheeks. Now since I’ve been on the birth control, my acne is TERRIBLE. I have a big cluster of acne on my chin that will not go away no matter what I do. I’ve tried so many face washes and toners and I am desperate. I know there is an initial breakout that happens when you first take birth control and I know you’re supposed to wait 3 months before switching birth controls, but I am so sick of this acne. What should I do?? Thanks in advance.
