So I started drinking some red raspberry leaf tea (I'm 36+4) the last few days and started having more BH.. Not timeable or anything but then yesterday I had some light brown/pinkish discharge. This can't be bloody show.. It must be a bit of mucous plug right? My midwife sheet says some spotting can be normal at the end but I've been having very very mild period feeling cramps now and then too so I'm a little worried. Anyone else have this?
