It’d be the joining of my mother-in-law and grandmother-in-laws middle names but my dad doesn’t like it 😢

I’d say make her first name Anna and her middle name Lynn. You could call her Anna Lynn if you want but it would be less of a mouthful when she starts school. She can just say “my name is Anna” in preschool
